First of all, we would like to show our gratitude to you for your overwhelming response to the ICAP CFO Conference 2020 ‘Rising CFO in the New Age Organization \u2013 Architectural Thinking’. <\/p>\n
As you must be well-aware, the unfortunate circumstances due to COVID-19 has stopped the world and so our Conference is not an exception. The government is taking necessary steps to contain the spread of virus and for the safety of its citizens. ICAP is also committed to play its part in being cautious and adhering to the instructions by the government and the World Health Organization. <\/p>\n
After deliberation of the current situation, it is with deep regret to inform you that we have decided to postpone ICAP CFO Conference 2020 which was to be held on April 14 in Karachi and April 16 in Lahore. This prudent action to postpone the Conference is taken considering the well-being of our members, students, staff and other stakeholders. <\/p>\n
Although the Conference is a month from now, we received significant registrations and were looking forward to hold the Conference as scheduled. However, the nature had other plans for us and we have to give in to this unavoidable situation. This is the first time that ICAP had to postpone not just the CFO Conference but also all other events, seminars and trainings that require physical presence. Having said that, we would like to assure you that the Conference is only delayed and will be held soon. We will share the revised dates for the Conference shortly and hope that you can participate in the rescheduled event. <\/p>\n
We pray that the world recovers from this unfortunate situation soon and that the aftermath of the crisis is dealt responsibly and timely. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
