The Education & Training Committee (ETCOM) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is holding 1st Convention of Training Organizations outside Practice (TOoP). <\/p>\n
This years’ convention-theme is Building Resilient Training Organizations<\/em><\/strong>. It aims to bring together MRS and C-Level professionals from existing and potential TOoPs of ICAP, and extrapolate on how CA-Training Program can help build resilient organizations, and how CA-Trainees can support businesses. The convention will feature a variety of sessions, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. <\/p>\n 1st CA Pakistan TOoP Convention will be held as per the following schedule:<\/p>\n Venue:<\/strong> ICAP Karachi The convention is aimed to share experiences emphasizing the importance of changing market conditions and optimally utilize CA-Trainees. The convention also addresses the need for standardization of training programs, and the importance of maintaining high standards of training-quality. <\/p>\n Another important aim of the convention is to promote collaboration amongst different training organizations, resource-sharing, and, need for networking and building partnerships in training matters. It also provides a platform for professionals to come together and share their knowledge and expertise to build more resilient and sustainable training organizations. <\/p>\n
